If you are a physician or medical professional, we may ask you to provide us with your NPI or medical license number and state of issue, name, date of birth, gender, education, training, certifications, practice details, and your address. We may ask you to provide us additional information if necessary.

Identifying Information Submitted by Researchers

For researchers, we may collect your name, title, company information, website and address. We may ask you to provide us additional information if necessary.

Identifying Payment Information Submitted

If any users wish to use any of our paid services, you’ll be required to submit your payment information to our Site. We use Stripe, a third party payment processor, to process payments. Please be aware that any payment information submitted to us, will be collected and stored by Stripe.

Non-Identifying Information

Whenever you visit our Site, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your IP address, device information, interactions with the Site and Service, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, server logs, usage information and Internet Service Provider.
